Accidentally Took Dog’s Phenobarbital with Vyvanse – Is It Safe?
I accidentally took one and a half of my dog’s 15 mg phenobarbital tablets today in addition to my Vyvanse. I feel fine at the moment without any symptoms. Should I be concerned?

Phenobarbital is a depressive central nervous system stimulant that can cause drowsiness and affect the mechanism of action of other drugs you may be taking. You received a low dose of phenobarbital today and are asymptomatic. You will not need any treatment or intervention at this time. Please do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery for the remainder of the day. We advise you to eat and consistently consume fluids to stay hydrated. If you begin to feel drowsy, dizzy, confused, or otherwise concerned, please seek medical attention.
