Ramik contains diphacinone, a long-lasting anticoagulant, which may cause bleeding internally in dogs. You need to induce vomiting as quickly as possible with two tablespoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide, taken orally. If that doesn’t cause vomiting after 10 minutes, you may repeat the dose once. After the hydrogen peroxide, you should take your dog to your veterinary clinic for evaluation and potentially vitamin K1 treatment. Watch for signs of bleeding (lethargy, pale gums, bruising, blood in urine or stool) for the next few days.
